Geocentric recognise our staff as key to our success in delivering the highest levels of service to the improvement districts we manage.  We keep our staff up-to-date with regular training sessions to improve the way in which we do our daily tasks.  Safety training for our maintenance staff is reinforced regularly and on-the-job training is provided where most appropriate.

At management level we regularly exchange information of new experiences and techniques amongst the improvement districts we manage.

Where appropriate we support our area managers with specific training in dealing with a wide range of urban management issues including public safety, urban planning, waste management, and the challenges of dealing with social interventions.

We also encourage our staff to aim for excellence and every year we hos the Green Ants Awards where we recognise and reward our top achievers
